Purchased a washer late Feb 2025 and delivered first week of March 2025. Water valve broke here in early November. Charge was nearly 100$ to repair Understandably it's a used machine just know that parts are probably replaced cheaply if at all then sold. Had them look at my existing dryer and that repair was 170$ plus the 25$ fee to look (replaced probably a 30$ heating element) simulatenously as the washer. Technician was friendly and they were efficient. There are better repair places locally imo.

My dryer broke and I needed a $15 part to get it working again. Ordering the part online would have taken forever, so I called American Appliance hoping that they would have it, and they did! I went over, picked up the part and my dryer was running again within the hour. I was honestly impressed, because there are a lot of places that would have blown me off over a cheap little part like that. But they treated it with the same importance and care as if I was going in to spend a bunch of money. I respect that so much. It really shows their integrity. I appreciated it a lot. I'll keep them in mind the next time I need to replace an appliance!

I had a refrigerator from American Appliance that lasted about 10 years and called them back when it stopped working and a nice repairman came and said the compressor was shot and suggested that they may have some in stock and because it had to be a certain size they were able to accommodate me with a similar size by the next day! I would like to add that half of what I paid for the Repairman was applied to the cost for the new one. I was very pleased and never had to leave my house!

Rock and his team made purchasing and installing my new washer (new to me) seamless, easy and fast. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes with Rock helping me decide between three models. The delivery team, Emmet and assistant, was respectful, punctual and efficient. It took them 10 minutes to unload and install my new machine and haul away the old. It’s my second purchase with American and if needed, I’ll be back.
