This whole team was amazing start to finish! Between shopping for the appliance I needed, hands on help and recommendations from Mike to the free delivery I definitely recommend AA! Delivery was a breeze and they even took my broken unit.

Needed a basic washer for my daughter and decided to try a used one since she doesn't have the volume of laundry that we do. I was in and out in under 10 mins. They gave me a window of time for delivery and were very prompt. I will be looking here first for my next appliance purchase

We were looking for a dryer after our new dryer broke after only a few years. A relative recommended American Appliance. We found a dryer and it was delivered and installed the next day. They also picked up the broken dryer. Excellent service!

We have made several purchases over the last 15 yrs. You actually get what you pay for here. They always honor the warranty. They are respectful in the showroom and in your home. We just bought another refrigerator from them. The last one endured 6 yrs in our busy home.

Awesome experience. I originally went to the store hoping they had a circuit board for my dryer (14 years old). Long story short, ended up buying a very nice refurb dryer for $250. They delivered and set up and took away old unit. Very happy. New dryers are so flipping expensive, consider visiting the store rather than buying new. Unit has a 1 yr warranty and first 90 days are everything is included. 5 stars!!!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! I have been going here for 10+ appliances over 15 years. Never had any issues. Amazing products always. Today Emmit and Joe were the delivery and install gentleman. They were on time, very polite, helpful and educated me on the use of the machines. I hope to get them again on my next delivery!
