After having an appliance Tech from another company put the wrong part in my refrigerator and it breaking down after just a couple months, I called American Appliance and was met with wonderful customer support. They set me up with an appointment the next morning and Dave the tech was right on time. As soon as he opened the panel on the inside of my fridge you know exactly what the problem was and explained it in detail to me. Within 15 minutes he had not only fixed my refrigerator, it also save me a lot of money that I don't have these days. Dave was very professional, and easy to talk to to find out what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix, and I appreciate that very much. I'm very thankful for American Appliance for helping me when I needed them at a very low cost with excellent customer service and tech support. Thanks again
