Got a really nice “scratch & dent” Bosch refrigerator from the American Appliance at a great discounted price. Rocky gave honest straightforward answers to all my questions regarding “used” refrigerators. It needed a minor alignment for one of the doors after free delivery. It was promptly handled the next day. Heard great reviews on their repair services too. I’ll be back when my flooded house is finally permitted for repairs and I’ll get all my appliances from American Appliance. Thanks!

Saturday afternoon my stove Stopped!! I went to American Appliances on Monday at 8:15am and brought Stove at a very good price. But they couldn’t deliver it until Wednesday Am. I am 92 and Thursday I am preparing a Celebration of Life for my son. For 12 family members. Without a stove that is not much time to prepare a meal! About 4:00 a truck with my new stove in it. The two men said they heard the short time I would have to prepare the meal and brought it over.many thanks. Edith Finefrock.

I have used American Appliance for many years and they have always solved my issues. Either in repairs or needing an Appliance. I would highly recommend them. They repaired my 30+ years refrigerator that I loved, saved me approximately $1,200 from buying a new one that I didn't want.

When our slide-in range top had electric problems past repair, I went to American for the third time. Previously very happy with refrigerator and washer/dryer combo. I found a suitable replacement for a quarter of what a new one would be. Delivery was on time. They removed the old one. Installed the new one and tested all the functions. Even set the clock.

I don't know where to begin. From the sales person Rock who was so knowledgeable with helping us pick a washer and dryer set.To the delivery men who completely setup and tested the machines in our small porch, even showing us again how to use them. Other things like a call with a 2 hour window, to clean store, clean machines, and not to forget the great price!

I've been using AA for over 15 years and they never disappoint. Fantastic customer service and Billy (my repairman), I had today would not give up until he was able to find the issue with my washer. Billy was very communicative, respectful and just a gem of a person.
