Mike in the store Is very helpful and courteous! However, Emmett and his associate delivery driver. Were rock stars!! The difference in buying a new or used appliance from these folks and compared to a box store like Home Depot is night and day. Mr. Emmett on the delivery communicated prior to arriving his communication skills were phenomenal! And he is a very kind man and is an asset to American Appliance. Happy to be a customer.

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! They came through for me when I was in a bind with my appliance, and I have never in my life received such amazing service from a company. Rhonda thank you for your compassion and understanding! Dave the repair tech was so nice and went above and beyond. They were recommended by my neighbor who had nothing but wonderful things to say. I agree! Outstanding!!! I will use them again for any appliance needs. Thank you!

I had a problem with my dryer that was not purchased at American Appliance but they said they could service it, so within a few days a gentleman came and checked dryer and told me the problem.( Very nice gentleman)and he said they could order parts and would call with a price before they’d order, which they did. Had them get parts and within 2 days same service gentleman came and fixed dryer and its running perfectly! It was a fair price and if needed, I will use American Appliance again. Very happy to be free of the noise the dryer made!!

I had a broken dryer and Dave showed up on time and early so it didnt interrupt my day. Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in no time. Very affordable prices too and Dave was very nice with a sunny disposition. Thanks American Appliance!!!

Excellent service. Ice maker was bad and past experience from other repair shops always lead to new appliance purchase. This was a $300 repair which I figure saved me about $2200 from buying a new appliance. Much appreciation for that. Tech set appt time for the 1 to 3pm time frame for both visits and was here right at 1pm so no having to sit and wait at all. Definitely would do business again.

Not only are their products cost effective and great quality, but they have warranties. I've bought other appliances, there, through the years and never needed to use it...except this time. I had a high-efficiency washer that I hated (electrical/wouldn't let me over-ride water level/took an hour to wash a load/etc) so I bought an "old school" washer with a tall agitator/I set water level/and has quick cycle). Anyhow, after a few months I noticed a little water on the floor periodically. I called American Appliance, a guy was out in 2 days to diagnose. All I paid for was the service charge. It was a warn rubber ring (but bless the tech, Billy, for his patience and thoroughness...he had to nearly disassemble all parts to find it). The part was inexpensive and labor was included. Billy went above and beyond by cleaning the tub and all movable parts. He cleaned the floor as he went (brought his own wipes/paper towels/etc). I've always been impressed with American Appliance but Billy is amazing. *Also, to the person who hit my truck and left while I was there after the hurricanes (October) and American Appliance was running on a generator and didn't have cameras yet... your mom's a hoe. I hope karma got ya.

-Purchased washer and dryer. -Store assistance and purchase was fantastic. Extremely helpful, affordable, and friendly. 5 stars. -Delivery was OK. Delivery people were great but a short heads up during the work day did not give us much time to make it home for delivery. More consideration should be taken. 3 stars. -Washer stopped working in less than a month. Customer assistance and response for repair is less than desirable. Also, Saturday hours on website and over phone do not match making it hard for us to know if you are open or not. Saturday is the only day I can bring the washer back. It’s a 2 hour round trip and I have no idea if you are open. Tried calling, email and facebook. 1 star. -Overall 3 stars.

Amazing experience from having Mike walk me around the show room and answer all my questions. The price was right too! The delivery guys were going to be early so I unhooked the garage opener, they let themselves into the garage, hooked up the wash machine and hooked up the garage opener before leaving. Wonderful experience!
