American Appliance has been our "go to" for quality used appliances for 30+ years. Our refrigerator needed some service so American Appliance sent out Dave, a genuinely nice guy, very polite and got the job done in one short call.

Amazing service. I was in need of service for my washer that was flooding my laundry room. The service tech that arrived was on time, very professional and explained the issue that my washer was having. A young lady called me to discuss repair prices and set up a date to come install the part. She was friendly and professional as well. The installation was done earlier the the anticipated time frame because my part came in early. My experience was a 10/10!

Our 15 month old whirlpool refrigerator stopped blowing cold air called American appliance came out fixed the problem fast then Dave found a serious problem with a wire harness flaw in freezer which could have caused great harm to us they ordered the harness took 3 days to come in Dave replaced it everything is great great job Americans appliance and Dave was very polite efficient fast very knowledgeable thanks guys will definitely use American appliance in the future

When I noticed my refrigerator wasn’t cooling its contents sufficiently, a friend recommended I call American Appliance. Technician David examined it, stated it was fixable, and managed to keep it working temporarily. Replacement parts were ordered by affable and efficient Rhonda in the office. Then David returned a few days later, and completed the repair to my full satisfaction. All this during the busy time of the year between Christmas and New Year’s! I will heartily recommend American Appliance to anyone in need.

Our washer was not draining. Setup appointment and the tech Billy diagnosed that we needed a new pump. The pump was ordered and Billy returned 3 days later and replaced. Everything has been working great!
